Vitality HealthyCare rewards at Dis-Chem: What clients need to know

Discovery Vitality has announced an important update to the HealthyCare benefit at Dis-Chem.
Currently, Vitality members can earn up to 25% back in Dis-Chem loyalty points on HealthyCare items at Dis-Chem and HealthyBaby products at Dis-Chem Baby City.
However, Dis-Chem loyalty points linked to the Vitality HealthyCare benefit will be ending soon.
From 1 April 2026, members will no longer receive Dis-Chem loyalty points. Instead, rewards for qualifying personal and family care items will be paid in Discovery Miles.
What this means for you:
You can continue earning Dis-Chem loyalty points on eligible purchases until 31 March 2026.
Any accumulated Dis-Chem loyalty points must be used before 30 April 2026.
From 1 April 2026 onward, HealthyCare rewards will reflect in Discovery Miles instead.
Discovery Miles can be used across a wide range of partners within the Discovery ecosystem, offering additional flexibility and value.
