Service Description

Our employee benefits division has contracts representing all the major players, making our team well equipped to ensure our clients and their employees belong to the most appropriate vehicle to fund for their retirement and group risk needs. Clients enjoy bespoke services offered through this specialist division, headed up by a wealth of experience and supported by skilled efficiency. Our services include the following and much more: - For new funds and schemes, we structure a benefit selection in accordance with the company’s profile, needs and affordability - Day-to-day administration of the fund, including the processing of member movements and risk claims - Ensuring provider turnaround times are met - Annual comprehensive review and market comparison - Reconciliation of contributions on a monthly basis - Contributions monitored monthly to ensure the fund stays up to date in accordance with Section 13B of the Pension Funds Act - We facilitate setting up an Advisory Body consisting of at least two Employee Representatives and two Employer Representatives - Attending and facilitating Advisory Body/Management board meetings as and when required - Any meetings convened involving the Fund or decisions regarding benefits which must be attended by all members of the Advisory Body as well as Proper Group Consultants - Establishment of risk parameters confirming the relevance of the investment portfolio in this context - Communication of legislative and market changes, as well as advice and support - Member education to ensure members understand their fund and benefits - Financial planning and needs analysis is offered by our individual specialists
